The [[aDNA-lab | AGENSI Lab]] contains of five [[Lab zones | lab zones]]. The configuration of these five zones consists of a restricted-access central [[Zone 1 | Entry Zone (Zone 1)]] by which four activity-specific interior [[Lab zones | lab zones]] are accessed. These interior [[Lab zones | lab zones]] separately house equipment and furnishings for [[Zone 2 | sediment handling (Zone 2)]], [[Zone 3 | sampling preparation (Zone 3)]], [[Zone 4/6 | DNA purification and template addition (Zone 4/6)]] and [[Zone 5 | pre-PCR setup (Zone 5)]]. This Wiki is meant as a tool for the students and staff working in the AGENSI Laboratory. The research groups that use these laboratories have affiliation with NORCE Climate, the Bjerknes Centre for Climate Research and the Molecular Ecology Research Group (MERG) at NORCE Environment.
